It feels like double dipping! Your season pass likely gives you ski days at other in and out of state resorts. As always, there's some fine print such as black out dates during busy holiday periods. But take advantage of the goodies your pass offers. Here's a partial roundup.

Alta. It's part of the Wasatch Benefit program, so a season pass gives you 3 days at Deer Valley and 3 at Snowbird. And as part of the Mountain Collective program you get 50% off day tickets at 12 other ski resorts elsewhere.

Brighton. A season pass gets you 2 days at Deer Valley and 2 at Solitude as well as 50% off other Boyne operate resorts including Big Sky.

Deer Valley. As part of the Wasatch Benefit program, season pass holders get 3 days at Alta and 3 at Snowbird. In addition get 2 days at Brighton. Full season pass holders also get 4 days at Solitude. A mid week pass includes 2 days at Solitude.

Snowbird. Enjoy 50% off tickets to 12 other resorts. But the web site shows that the local reciprocal Wasatch Benefit program is sold out.

Solitude. Full season pass holders get 4 days at Deer Valley, while mid week pass holders get 2 days at Deer Valley.

In additon, the Ogden resorts -- Nordic Valley, Powder Mountain and Snowbasin have a deal with hotels up there to provide a 3-pack that gives a day's skiing at each resort. The locals are agitating for a similar deal just for the locals that doesn't require a hotel stay. Stay tuned.

Park City, formerly Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort, does not reciprocate with other local resorts but it has lots of national and international skiing options.
