Eastmont Middle School students welcomed about 50 veterans in the community at its first Veterans Day breakfast.
“It was an amazing place to race,” George said. “To see all the people running the race and all the fans who came out to cheer made it a very special day.”

“It was an exciting game to watch,” Alta coach Janine Petersen said. “Hekking only lost one match this season, but Petersen was playing at her best and handled the No. 1 seed quite well.”
