Adventure Week brings the thrill of big time bike racing to Sandy and combines it with one of Utah's favorite Criterium events, The Utah Crit Series! On April 7 at 6pm the streets of Sandy will be alive with handlebar to handlebar bike race action. Both Pros and amateurs will be lining up for one of the most thrilling cycling events; a Criterium. The best racers in the state complete multiple laps on a short course over a set amount of time. The action is fast and furious as racers jockey for position in the corners and race headlong down the straightaways. The first to cross the finish line at the end of the allotted time brings home the glory and the medal. Join us at the Sandy Promenade and you will witness Criterium racing at its finest! You want in on the action? You want to ride the same course as the pros? Well YOU CAN! Hear the roar of the crowd, feel the wind whip past as you hurl down the strait and lean into the corners. The amateur and Citizen race begins at 6pm giving anyone with a bike and helmet a chance to feel the thrill!
