The Sandy Club, “A Safe Place for Boys & Girls” and the Sandy Rotary Club are proud to announce the Youth of the Year for 2012, Tristan Caubang. He is 17 years old and a straight-A student. He will be graduating from high school this month and will be starting college soon. It is an honor to have Tristan as our Youth of the Year for 2012.
