Shania Twain fans came to party as the five-time Grammy winner took the stage at USANA Amphitheatre on May 24 to open the venue’s concert season - and the Queen of Country Pop didn’t let them down.

In her first tour since 2018, Shania celebrates her sixth full-length album, “Queen of Me,” released earlier this year. The sold-out crowd at USANA was excited to show its love for one of the biggest icons in music history and when she appeared in the middle of the amphitheater to start the show with “Waking Up Dreaming,” the audience went wild. 

With an extensive library of songs to choose from, Shania took fans on a high-octane ride through past hits and new music. The crowd was there for it,  jumping up to enthusiastically sing along to “Any Man of Mine” and “Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?” 

Shania interacted with fans, bringing several on stage for “From This Moment On” where she took time to pose for pictures.

Her talented musicians and backup dancers added energy and humor to the concert, with video images and lighting used to enhance the show. Whether she was playing the guitar, straddling a motorcycle or dancing with the crowd, Shania’s showmanship was superb, as expected, and she seemed to be having as much fun as the fans. 

She performed songs from her new album, including “Pretty Liar,” “Inhale/Exhale Air” and “Giddy Up!” but mixed it up with hits from previous albums and a “Shania Twain Playlist” featuring a medley of songs die-hard fans could enjoy. 

Shania ended the show with the title track from “Queen of Me,” a song of female empowerment and confidence that resonated with the USANA crowd. But her encore showcased two of her biggest hits, “That Don’t Impress Me Much” and “Man! I Feel Like A Woman,” ending the evening with a bang. 

At 57 years old, Shania is going strong and fans are here for it. It’s been 30 years since Shania released her self-titled debut album and since then, she has sold more than 100 million records, been inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and continues to reinvent herself and her music.

Shania also continues to promote female country singers, inviting Hailey Whitters to open for the USANA show. Whitters was just named New Female Artist of the Year at American Country Music Awards.
